How Refine Returns Works
- Refine tracks every dollar you spend at the spa and converts it into points
- Refine tracks every new client referral and adds 500 points to your account
When you reach 1000 points, Refine will issue a certificate good for 15% off your choice of a product or service:
- 1 Product (any)
- 1 BBL/ 1 Full Area
- 1 MN with PRP – 1 full area
- 1 Halo – 1 full area
- 1 Hydrafacial or Diamond Glow
- 1 Skintyte package of 5 for 1 full area

Note: you may use multiple certificates for multiple areas if you have earned them – Examples:

- Certificate valid for 6 months from issue

Spa Policies
- All new clients are required to have a complimentary consultation prior to receiving treatment.
- All established clients will require a consultation prior to receiving a new treatment.
- Please give at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. A $50 “no show” fee will be charged for clients who do not inform us ahead of time they will not be able to make their appointment.
- Clients under the age of 18 will require parental permission prior to treatment.
- Children under the age of 16 are discouraged from accompanying adults who are receiving treatment.

Refine MD utilizes a paperless electronic medical records system called Touch MD. When you book your first appointment you will receive a welcome email on behalf of Refine MD to create your Touch MD patient login. Touch MD allows clients to electronically sign paperwork from home, access your photos, submit your pictures to us securely from home and explore more detailed resources on our services.
Signing up for the app is not required however it does allow you easy access to the resources listed above.
